Procrastination- is the action of delaying or postponing something.

We have been struggling with the delays, avoiding, procrastinating on various issues and things that matter to us. People are struggling it with since ages. It has delayed the success of individuals and organisations collectively.

Fear of Failure- Many people give more energy to their fears than to their belief. Fear of failure stops people from starting.

Fear of Unknown Outcomes:- People fear things they are unknown or uncertain of.

2) Second- Excuses.

People make excuses because they lack Motivation and
they Lack Inspiring Goals.

When the reward from the goal is uninspiring people will be delaying the things even if they hit slightest of the hurdle.

3) Overthinking

Overthinking is the habit of creating problems that do not exists.

Now the question is How to Overcome Procrastination ?

You can overcome Procrastination by following these 4 simple steps.

First- Have a Goal. Plan out your goal and schedule a routine. Stick to it.

Second- Stop Hesitating: You only get a 10 sec window to take a decision. After that your mind will throw ideas, which will push you not to do the things you delayed. Your mind sends the signal that it is dangerous to do the thing at hand as the person is hesitating.

Third- Become aware you are stuck. Start counting backward from 5, like 5 4 3 2 1 0 and start doing the thing which you are delaying

Finally- Start Living in Now. Focus all your energies on now and stop worrying about outcomes. If you do the task in hand nicely, your future would be brighter.

Procrastination kills more dreams than failure does. By procrastinating you are already delaying your Success.

Relax, Plan well and take inspired actions daily towards your Goal.
